Flexible/Remote working registration
Before you can use our flexible working options you must register for our IT Verification Code Service.


Forgotten Password/Locked Account
The Self-Service Password Reset Service allows you to reset your password and unlock your account at any time. You need to have registered for this service whilst in the office before you can use it!


Connect your work laptop using Cisco Secure Client (VPN)
If you have your work laptop with you, you can connect to your files and folder by using our VPN software, Cisco Secure Client, which should pop up automatically when you're not connected to our network or wifi. Please see the the guidance below for instructions on how to do this.

Access via any device with an internet connection
If you don't have a corporate laptop available but do have a personal computer, laptop or any other internet connected device, you can still gain access to a range of IT applications and services.
Office 365
The Microsoft Office 365 Portal offers access to emails, OneDrive, Teams and online versions of Office applications like Word and Excel. Please use the link below to access using your corporate email address and password. You will need to have already registered for the IT Verification Code Service before using.


Remote Working Portal
The IT Remote Working Portal provides you with a way of accessing corporate systems from a personal laptop, pc or tablet. It will allow you to access systems such as RDS, Intranet, Oracle, Condeco and the IT Self Service Portal.


Using a personal mobile device to connect to work emails/Teams/resources
You can set your own personal Android phone/tablet or iPhone/iPad with access your corporate emails, Teams and other Office 365 systems by setting up the Company Portal.
